The lead time for orders depends on the finishing state and changes made to the project by the investor. Construction typically takes between 2 to 4 months.

 

Are the cottages covered by a warranty?

VERME provides a 24-month warranty on its properties. During this period, the warranties of the manufacturers of materials used, such as windows and doors, also apply.

 

Is it possible to deliver the cottage to any location?

Yes. Transport costs are individually quoted by us and depend on the specified destination.

 

What changes can I make to the project?

It is possible to change the layout of rooms to the extent allowed by the technology and construction of the house, for example, you can enlarge the living room at the expense of a covered terrace. Changes to the materials used are also possible. It is also possible to expand the house with additional modules. Any suggestions and proposals from your side are subject to individual agreement.

 

Is it possible to build a cottage according to the client's own design?

It is possible to implement the client's project. Properties outside the VERME's offer must be individually assessed and cost calculated.

 

Can I choose individual items from the finishing works offer and spread the finishing stages over time?

We treat each customer individually and are open to various proposals.

 

What foundation should the houses stand on?

We do not have to use a traditional foundation, which significantly reduces costs and construction time. To place our house, a leveled and hardened surface is sufficient, which does not mean that traditional foundations cannot be made.

 

Are container houses suitable for year-round use?

Container houses are year-round homes and work perfectly in our weather conditions. They are warm, and maintenance costs are much lower compared to brick buildings.

 

What is the best way to heat the cottage?

The walls of our houses are exceptionally warm, and the volume to be heated is small, so the most common solution is electric heating using underfloor heating mats. It is possible to install air conditioning with heating and ventilation with heat recovery. It is worth calculating the costs of additional installations, their installation costs, and subsequent operation. In general, the electrical installation is the best solution, as the cost of its installation is relatively low. For example, we can heat a 35 m² house to a temperature of 20 degrees with a 1000 W heater in 60 minutes.

 

What type of windows are installed in the house?

Different types of windows can be installed in modular homes, made in various technologies. Everything depends on the investor's preferences. Triple-pane PVC windows are the standard solution. Wooden or aluminum windows can also be used. The color scheme is flexible, chosen based on the manufacturer's color chart. In the base price, we offer windows in anthracite on the outside and white on the inside.

 

What are the possible types of facades?

We offer facade cladding with sheet metal in any color available from the manufacturer (anthracite, black, grey, etc.). Additionally, we can offer any type of facade chosen by you - for example, wood, fiber-cement elements, modular sheet metal, or other solutions.

 

What is the roof covered with?

A gabled roof is typically finished with sheet metal.

 

Is it possible to install external blinds, facade blinds, or shutters?

There are no obstacles to installing blinds, shades, or shutters.

 

Can I install photovoltaic panels?

Yes, there is no problem with installing photovoltaic panels.

 

Do you build terraces?

Yes, we also build terraces, canopies, pergolas, and other elements around the property. All such solutions must be agreed upon at the project stage (before production begins).
